More chip and PIN
The Register is reporting that there’s another chip and PIN fraud. Lloyds bank has admitted that ATM cards can still be forged and money withdrawn from people’s accounts. The only change is that criminals have to use foreign ATMs, which don’t check the chip on the card – but the machine will still dispense money from your account.
Another reason to keep an eye on your bank balance!
